Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Grand Norling Hotel Resort in Mulpani, Kathmandu. This partnership aims to provide exclusive discounts of up to 10% on the resort’s services for Citizens Bank cardholders and mobile banking customers. The initiative is part of the bank’s strategy to promote digital transactions over cash transactions.
Citizens Bank currently operates 190 branches, 153 ATMs, and 98 branchless banking units, serving 17 lakh 50 thousand customers across 55 districts. The bank plans to expand its reach to 60 districts by adding seven more branches within this financial year.
