The weather across Nepal is expected to remain mostly cloudy today, with chances of rainfall in various provinces, including Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini. According to the Weather Forecast Division under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, light to moderate rain, accompanied by thunder and lightning, is likely to occur in some areas of the remaining provinces.
Meteorologist Rojan Lamichhane has also warned of potential thunderstorms in the Tarai region of Koshi and Lumbini provinces and Madhes. Tonight, the weather in Koshi, Madhes, and Bagmati provinces is forecasted to be generally cloudy to fully overcast, while other provinces will experience partly to generally cloudy conditions.
The cloudy weather is expected to persist into Monday, with a possibility of light to moderate rain during the morning and afternoon hours. However, rainfall is expected to decrease by Monday evening.
