Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Badri Pandey, has announced a one-month work plan for the ministry. On Monday, during the fourth quarterly progress review of the fiscal year 2080/081 and a meeting of the ministry-level development problem committee, Minister Pandey revealed this schedule to enhance the ministry’s effectiveness.
He has outlined that starting next month, departmental discussions will be held every Wednesday. The minister emphasized that the ministry is working at a rapid pace to achieve its goals and objectives.
Minister Pandey has directed the secretary and department heads to prepare for the following schedule: on the first Wednesday of Bhadra, discussions will be held with the Culture Division on the 5th, the Tourism Division on the 12th, the Civil Aviation Division on the 19th, and a joint discussion on the last Wednesday of the month.
Expressing his belief that the country’s development is only possible through the relationship between the government and its employees, Minister Pandey urged everyone to create an environment conducive to this. He highlighted that people suffer when the country does not operate systematically and emphasized the need to motivate and encourage employees rather than demotivate them to bring the country in line with proper systems. The minister also reiterated his commitment to ending economic irregularities and corruption and establishing good governance.
