Compared to Friday, both the U.S. Dollar and Euro have seen a decline in value today. According to the exchange rates set by the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one U.S. Dollar is NPR 133.89, and the selling rate is NPR 134.49, slightly down from Friday’s buying rate of NPR 133.90 and selling rate of NPR 134.50. Similarly, the Euro has also depreciated, with today’s buying rate at NPR 148.39 and the selling rate at NPR 149.06, down from Friday’s rates of NPR 148.58 and NPR 149.25, respectively.
Additionally, the exchange rates for other currencies are as follows: one Pound Sterling is buying at NPR 176.45 and selling at NPR 177.24, one Australian Dollar is bought at NPR 91.01 and selling at NPR 91.42, and one Singapore Dollar is buying at NPR 102.77 and selling at NPR 103.23.
The Japanese Yen stands at NPR 9.22 for buying and NPR 9.26 for selling (per 10 Yen), while the Chinese Yuan is buying at NPR 18.88 and selling at NPR 18.97. Other notable rates include the Saudi Arabian Riyal at NPR 35.68 for buying and NPR 35.84 for selling, the Qatari Riyal at NPR 36.73 for buying and NPR 36.90 for selling, and the UAE Dirham at NPR 36.45 for buying and NPR 36.62 for selling.
The Malaysian Ringgit is set at NPR 30.99 for buying and NPR 31.13 for selling, while the South Korean Won (per 100 Won) is buying at NPR 10.04 and selling at NPR 10.09. The Swedish Krona is at NPR 13.08 for buying and NPR 13.14 for selling, and the Danish Krona is at NPR 19.89 for buying and NPR 19.98 for selling.
Furthermore, one Hong Kong Dollar is buying at NPR 17.17 and selling at NPR 17.25, one Kuwaiti Dinar is buying at NPR 438 and selling at NPR 440.29, and one Bahraini Dinar is buying at NPR 355.21 and selling at NPR 356.80. The exchange rates in the open market may vary from these official rates set by the Nepal Rastra Bank.
