An executive committee member of the Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN), Mr. Phurpu Chhiring Lhomi (Bhote), provided an update after reaching Manthali Airport yesterday evening. Mr. Lhomi drove through the Dolalghat-Charikot-Manthali road, a journey that took approximately seven hours. He confirmed that the road is safe and clear, with no obstructions or signs of landslides.
This morning, Mr. Lhomi is at Manthali Airport, awaiting his flight to Lukla. However, as of 9:00 AM, flights to Lukla have been delayed due to cloudy weather conditions. Travelers planning to trek in the Everest region should stay updated on weather forecasts and flights.
