First Snowfall of the Year at Pathibhara Temple Area, Expected to Attract More Visitors

The Pathibhara region has experienced its first snowfall of the year, marking a significant change in weather. The Pathibhara Area Development Committee reported that light snowfall began early this morning, following a recent drop in temperatures.

While the snowfall has increased the chill in the air, the picturesque snow-covered landscape is expected to attract more tourists and pilgrims to the area. Prajin Hangbang, the Executive Director of the committee, shared that the snowfall, although contributing to colder temperatures, is likely to boost visitor numbers.

Pathibhara Temple, situated at an altitude of 3,794 meters, is both a religious and tourist hotspot. The committee noted that snowfall usually results in a rise in the number of domestic tourists visiting the area each year. Although there are no anticipated disruptions in transportation, the committee has advised pilgrims to remain cautious and prepare for the cold weather during their visit.
