Domestic and international flights have been affected due to unfavorable weather conditions, resulting in low visibility. According to Jagannath Niraula, General Manager of Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), several flights were put on hold in the air due to minimal visibility caused by adverse weather.

As per the airport office, a Nepal Airlines flight arriving from Narita, Japan, had to hold for some time before landing. Similarly, flights from Doha (Qatar Airways), New Delhi (Air India), Kuala Lumpur (Batik Air), Dubai (Fly Dubai), Bhairahawa (Fly Dubai), Dhangadhi (Buddha Air), and Pokhara (Yeti Airlines) were also put on hold due to low visibility.
