Garima Bikas Bank Limited has rolled out an international QR payment facility in partnership with Fonepay, targeting Indian tourists and customers visiting Nepal.
Commencing from 2081/04/01, Indian customers can utilize their preferred payment service providers such as BHIM and PhonePe to scan Garima Bikas Bank’s QR code. This enables them to conduct secure and convenient transactions at various business establishments across Nepal.
The introduction of this service is expected to bolster economic and bilateral ties between Nepal and India, while also contributing to the growth of Nepal’s economy and tourism sectors.
