Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (HLBSL) marked its 12th anniversary by organizing a series of impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs across Nepal. The institution, operating nationally with 75 branch offices, reaffirmed its commitment to community welfare through diverse initiatives.
As part of its anniversary celebrations, HLBSL distributed educational materials to 845 underprivileged students enrolled in public schools across the country. This initiative aims to support educational access and enhance learning opportunities for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
In addition to educational support, HLBSL collaborated with local communities to improve infrastructure at significant cultural sites. Notably, enhancements such as benches, temple bells, dustbins, and rakes were contributed to the revered Pau Pathibhara Temple in Jhapa and the historic Jagatra Devi Temple in Kapilvastu. These efforts are intended to enrich facilities for pilgrims and visitors, fostering a more conducive environment for religious and cultural activities.
