The NEPSE index concluded today’s trading session on a positive note, closing at 2,645.36 points, a gain of 27.41 points or 1.04% from the previous day’s close. This rebound follows a recent decline of 9.19 points, reflecting ongoing market volatility.

The trading day began with the index opening at 2,620.91 points, showing fluctuating movement throughout the day. It reached a high of 2,647.23 points and an intraday low of 2,620.66 points, signaling an overall positive trend amid market recovery efforts.

Meanwhile, the Hotel and Tourism index showed notable performance, closing at 6,457.41 points, up by 75.27 points or 1.17% from the previous session. This gain follows an earlier increase of 44.03 points, marking a two-day upward trend for the sector. Starting the day at 6,374.7 points, the index experienced movement between a high of 6,461.95 points and a low of 6,367.66 points.
