The Hotel Association Pokhara Nepal (HAPN) has officially scheduled its 21st session and 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Thursday, October 24, 2024. This decision follows a working committee meeting held on 22nd Bhadra 2081, which confirmed the event’s details.
Members who have yet to renew their membership for the fiscal year 2080/081 are kindly reminded to complete the renewal process by 3rd Kartik 2081, during regular office hours. Timely renewal is crucial for participation in the AGM and the election process.
For those members unable to attend the convention (election) in person, it is mandatory to designate a representative from their respective hotel or establishment. The authorization letter, on the official letterhead of the hotel, should be submitted along with two passport-sized photographs and a valid identity card. These documents must be registered at the HAPN Secretariat no later than 4:30 pm on October 19, 2024 (3rd Kartik 2081). Failure to meet the renewal and document submission deadlines will disqualify members from participating in the election process.
