Important Notice: Entry Permit Schedule Adjustments for Annapurna, Manaslu, and Gaurishankar Conservation Areas During Tihar Festival

The Entry Permit Counter at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu, which provides permits for Annapurna, Manaslu, and Gaurishankar Conservation Areas, will have modified hours during the Tihar festival. Trekking agencies and individual trekkers are advised to take note of these changes when planning their itineraries.

On the day of Bhai Tika, 3rd November 2024, the permit counter will be completely closed. On the public holidays of 31st October and 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th November, the counter will remain open from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. only.

Trekkers are encouraged to manage their schedules in line with these revised timings to avoid inconveniences. The permit counter management expresses their apologies for any disruption this may cause and extends heartfelt wishes for a Happy and Prosperous Tihar 2081 B.S.
