The entire preparation for the Koshi Tourism Year, which will be celebrated throughout the year 2082, has been completed, as announced by the government of Koshi Province.
The tourism year will officially begin from the Tinjure-Milke area in Tehrathum, as stated by the Chief Minister of Koshi Province, Hikmat Kumar Karki.
To facilitate tourists coming from India, the provincial government has arranged for ‘stickers’ to be placed on vehicles carrying them. This arrangement is led by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law.
A steering committee has been formed under the coordination of Tourism, Forest, and Environment Minister Sadananda Mandal to ensure the successful completion of the tourism year.
