Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Badri Pandey, has stated that he does not view his ministerial position as something rare or significant. Pandey made this remark on Thursday while responding to questions raised by lawmakers during a meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee regarding two recent aviation accidents.
“I do not consider the ministerial position to be big or rare. I am working with honesty and dedication,” Pandey asserted.
He further claimed that he is currently working 18 hours a day to address the irregularities and inefficiencies within the ministry.
Pandey also mentioned that he had postponed his week-long pre-scheduled programs following yesterday’s helicopter crash, to focus entirely on improving aviation safety measures during this critical time.
