Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in some areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpashchim Provinces, with the possibility of extremely heavy rainfall in one or two places in Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces.
From Shrawan 22 to 23, there is a risk of landslides, flooding, erosion, and river overflows. The Department advises taking precautions due to the increased likelihood of rainfall at night, which could lead to urban and Terai region flooding.
The bulletin highlights that daily life, agriculture, health, tourism, and transportation may be impacted. The general public and relevant authorities are urged to adopt necessary precautions and preparedness measures.
