According to the Department, heavy rainfall is expected in one or two locations across the Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces this afternoon. The cloudy conditions are predicted to persist into the night, with a possibility of heavy rain in the Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
The Department has also warned of the likelihood of heavy rainfall over the next 24 hours in the Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces. Residents in these areas are urged to take precautions against potential debris flow, flooding, and landslides.
Additionally, the Department has cautioned that heavy precipitation may partially impact daily life, including agriculture, health, tourism, mountaineering, road, and air transport. Travelers and residents in the affected regions are advised to stay updated on weather conditions and take necessary safety measures.
