The Nepal Rastra Bank has also stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time as per necessity. It has further clarified that commercial banks may set different exchange rates depending on market conditions. The updated exchange rates are available on the central bank’s official website for public reference.

The fluctuation in foreign exchange rates is influenced by various global economic factors, including interest rate policies, inflation, trade balance, and geopolitical developments. The strengthening of major global currencies like the Euro, Pound Sterling, and Swiss Franc indicates rising demand in the international market. Meanwhile, the stability of the US Dollar suggests a balanced supply and demand scenario.

For businesses and individuals engaged in foreign trade, remittances, or currency exchange, these exchange rates play a crucial role in financial planning. The central bank continues to monitor international market trends to ensure stability in Nepal’s foreign exchange system.
