Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at NPR 134.02, while the selling rate is NPR 134.62.
For the Euro, the buying rate is NPR 148.84, and the selling rate is NPR 148.50. Similarly, the British Pound Sterling stands at NPR 177.55 for buying and NPR 177.34 for selling. The Swiss Franc’s buying rate is NPR 159.06, with a selling rate of NPR 159.78.
The Australian Dollar is valued at NPR 90.26 for buying and NPR 90.65 for selling. The Canadian Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 99.29, and the selling rate is NPR 99.74. The Singapore Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 103.17, with a selling rate of NPR 103.63.
For the Japanese Yen, the rate is NPR 9.37 for buying and NPR 9.41 for selling (per 10 yen). The Chinese Yuan has a buying rate of NPR 18.92 and a selling rate of NPR 19.01. The Saudi Arabian Riyal is set at NPR 35.70 for buying and NPR 35.86 for selling, while the Qatari Riyal stands at NPR 36.77 for buying and NPR 36.96 for selling.
Additionally, the Thai Baht is valued at NPR 4.00 for buying and NPR 4.02 for selling. The UAE Dirham has a buying rate of NPR 36.49 and a selling rate of NPR 36.65, while the Malaysian Ringgit is NPR 30.95 for buying and NPR 31.09 for selling. The South Korean Won is valued at NPR 10.08 for buying (per 100) and NPR 10.12 for selling. The Swedish Krona’s buying rate is NPR 13.10, with a selling rate of NPR 13.16, and the Danish Krone is set at NPR 19.95 for buying and NPR 20.04 for selling.
The Hong Kong Dollar is priced at NPR 17.20 for buying and NPR 17.27 for selling. The Kuwaiti Dinar stands at NPR 438.91 for buying and NPR 440.87 for selling, while the Bahraini Dinar is NPR 355.55 for buying and NPR 357.14 for selling. Finally, the Indian Rupee’s exchange rate is set at NPR 160.00 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling (per 100).
Nepal Rastra Bank noted that these rates can be revised at any time as necessary. Commercial banks may offer different rates, and the latest exchange rates are available on the central bank’s website.
