Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today, determining the buying and selling rates for several international currencies. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at NPR 134.05, while the selling rate is NPR 134.65. For the European Euro, the buying rate is NPR 146.95, and the selling rate is NPR 147.61. The British Pound Sterling’s buying rate is NPR 175.44, with a selling rate of NPR 176.22, while the Swiss Franc’s buying rate stands at NPR 156.41, and the selling rate is NPR 157.22.
For other currencies, the Australian Dollar is valued at NPR 90.28 for buying and NPR 90.68 for selling. The Canadian Dollar is set at NPR 98.03 for buying and NPR 98.47 for selling. The Singapore Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 102.78, with a selling rate of NPR 103.24. Meanwhile, the exchange rate for 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.02 for buying and NPR 9.07 for selling, and for the Chinese Yuan, the buying rate is NPR 18.97, while the selling rate is NPR 19.05.
Among the Gulf currencies, the Saudi Arabian Riyal’s buying rate is NPR 35.70, with a selling rate of NPR 35.86, while the Qatari Riyal’s rates are NPR 36.77 for buying and NPR 36.93 for selling.
The Thai Baht is set at NPR 4.01 for buying and NPR 4.02 for selling, while the UAE Dirham is valued at NPR 36.50 for buying and NPR 36.66 for selling. The Malaysian Ringgit’s buying rate is NPR 31.30, with a selling rate of NPR 31.44. The South Korean Won is set at NPR 9.98 for buying and NPR 10.02 for selling per 100 units. The Swedish Krona has a buying rate of NPR 12.93, while the selling rate is NPR 12.98, and the Danish Krona is set at NPR 19.70 for buying and NPR 19.79 for selling.
The Hong Kong Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 17.24, with a selling rate of NPR 17.32, while the Kuwaiti Dinar is valued at NPR 437.34 for buying and NPR 439.30 for selling. The Bahraini Dinar’s buying rate is NPR 355.56, and the selling rate is NPR 357.15. Lastly, the buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees is NPR 160.00, with a selling rate of NPR 160.15.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates are subject to revision at any time if necessary. The central bank also noted that the rates set by commercial banks may vary slightly, and updated rates can be found on the official website of Nepal Rastra Bank.
