Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for 1 US dollar has been set at NPR 134.22, while the selling rate is NPR 134.82.
For the Euro, the buying rate is NPR 145.65, and the selling rate is NPR 146.30. Similarly, the buying rate for 1 UK Pound Sterling stands at NPR 174.86, and the selling rate is NPR 175.64. The Swiss Franc is set at a buying rate of NPR 155.32 and a selling rate of NPR 156.01.
The exchange rate for 1 Australian dollar is NPR 89.75 for buying and NPR 90.15 for selling. For the Canadian dollar, the buying rate is NPR 97.12, and the selling rate is NPR 97.56. The Singapore dollar is valued at NPR 102.26 for buying and NPR 102.72 for selling.
Regarding the Japanese Yen, the buying rate for 10 Yen is NPR 8.95, and the selling rate is NPR 9.99. The Chinese Yuan is set at NPR 18.87 for buying and NPR 18.95 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 35.74 and a selling rate of NPR 35.90, while the Qatari Riyal is set at NPR 36.81 for buying and NPR 36.98 for selling.
The Thai Baht’s exchange rate is NPR 4.01 for buying and NPR 4.03 for selling. The UAE Dirham is valued at NPR 36.54 for buying and NPR 36.71 for selling. The Malaysian Ringgit has a buying rate of NPR 31.19 and a selling rate of NPR 31.33. The South Korean Won is valued at NPR 9.74 for buying (per 100) and NPR 9.78 for selling. The Swedish Krona is set at NPR 12.74 for buying and NPR 12.80 for selling, while the Danish Krona is NPR 19.53 for buying and NPR 19.61 for selling.
Additionally, the Hong Kong Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 17.27 and a selling rate of NPR 17.35. The Kuwaiti Dinar is set at NPR 438.10 for buying and NPR 440.06 for selling, while the Bahraini Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 355.98 and a selling rate of NPR 357.57.
For the Indian Rupee, the exchange rate is NPR 160 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling per 100 Indian Rupees.
NRB has stated that these rates are subject to revision at any time as needed. Commercial banks may have different exchange rates, and the updated rates can be found on the central bank’s official website.
