Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today. As per the central bank, the buying rate for 1 US dollar is NPR 133.82, while the selling rate is NPR 134.42.
For 1 Euro, the buying rate is NPR 148.16, and the selling rate is NPR 148.82. The buying rate for 1 UK Pound Sterling is NPR 177.76, with a selling rate of NPR 179.03. Similarly, 1 Swiss Franc is valued at a buying rate of NPR 158.04 and a selling rate of NPR 178.56.
The buying rate for 1 Australian Dollar is set at NPR 92.36, and the selling rate at NPR 92.77. For 1 Canadian Dollar, the buying rate is NPR 99.36, while the selling rate is NPR 99.74. The Singapore Dollar’s buying rate stands at NPR 103.85, with a selling rate of NPR 104.31.
Regarding Asian currencies, the buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.24, and the selling rate is NPR 9.29. The Chinese Yuan is being bought at NPR 19.07 and sold at NPR 19.15. Meanwhile, the buying rate for 1 Saudi Arabian Riyal is NPR 35.65, with the selling rate at NPR 35.81. Similarly, the buying rate for 1 Qatari Riyal is NPR 36.71, while the selling rate is NPR 36.88.
The Thai Baht is being bought at NPR 4.08 and sold at NPR 4.10. For the UAE Dirham, the buying rate is NPR 36.43, and the selling rate is NPR 36.60. The Malaysian Ringgit is bought at NPR 32.06 and sold at NPR 32.21.
As for other currencies, 100 South Korean Won is bought at NPR 10.13 and sold at NPR 10.18, while 1 Swedish Kroner is bought at NPR 13.06 and sold at NPR 13.12. The buying rate for 1 Danish Kroner is NPR 19.86, with a selling rate of NPR 19.95.
Additionally, the buying rate for 1 Hong Kong Dollar is NPR 17.24, and the selling rate is NPR 17.31. The Kuwaiti Dinar is bought at NPR 437.79 and sold at NPR 439.76, while the Bahraini Dinar is bought at NPR 354.94, with a selling rate of NPR 356.53.
For 100 Indian Rupees, the buying rate is NPR 160.00, and the selling rate is NPR 160.15. Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these rates can be revised anytime as needed, and the rates offered by commercial banks may vary.
