Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the latest foreign exchange rates for today, showing a decline in the value of major foreign currencies, including the US Dollar, Euro, British Pound Sterling, and Swiss Franc.
According to NRB, the exchange rate for one US Dollar stands at NPR 138.02 for buying and NPR 138.62 for selling. The Euro, which had a buying rate of NPR 151.12 and a selling rate of NPR 151.78 on Wednesday, has now dropped to NPR 150.44 for buying and NPR 151.10 for selling.

Similarly, the buying rate for one British Pound Sterling has been set at NPR 178.99, while the selling rate is NPR 179.77. The Swiss Franc’s buying rate is NPR 156.92, and the selling rate is NPR 157.60.
Among other major currencies, the Australian Dollar is being exchanged at NPR 87.39 for buying and NPR 87.77 for selling. The Canadian Dollar stands at NPR 96.34 for buying and NPR 96.76 for selling. The Singapore Dollar is being exchanged at NPR 103.51 for buying and NPR 103.96 for selling.
For Asian currencies, the exchange rate for 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.21 for buying and NPR 9.25 for selling. The Chinese Yuan is set at NPR 19.09 for buying and NPR 19.17 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal is valued at NPR 36.80 for buying and NPR 36.96 for selling, while the Qatari Riyal stands at NPR 37.86 for buying and NPR 38.03 for selling.

Other currencies include the Thai Baht at NPR 4.10 for buying and NPR 4.12 for selling, the UAE Dirham at NPR 37.58 for buying and NPR 37.74 for selling, and the Malaysian Ringgit at NPR 31.11 for buying and NPR 31.25 for selling.
South Korea’s currency, the Won, has been set at NPR 9.46 for 100 units in buying and NPR 9.50 in selling. The Swedish Kroner is at NPR 13.67 for buying and NPR 13.73 for selling, while the Danish Kroner stands at NPR 20.17 for buying and NPR 20.26 for selling.

The Hong Kong Dollar’s exchange rate is NPR 17.76 for buying and NPR 17.84 for selling. Among Middle Eastern currencies, the Kuwaiti Dinar is set at NPR 448.04 for buying and NPR 449.99 for selling. The Bahraini Dinar stands at NPR 366.11 for buying and NPR 367.70 for selling, while the Omani Riyal is valued at NPR 358.53 for buying and NPR 360.08 for selling.
Additionally, the Indian Rupee, which is a crucial currency for Nepal’s trade and financial transactions, is set at NPR 160.00 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling per INR 100. Nepal Rastra Bank updates the exchange rates daily based on international market trends and foreign currency demand in Nepal.
