Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is NPR 134.21, while the selling rate is NPR 134.81.
Similarly, the buying rate for one Euro stands at NPR 145.54, with a selling rate of NPR 146.19. The buying rate for one UK pound sterling is NPR 175.07, while the selling rate is NPR 175.85. For the Swiss franc, the buying rate is NPR 154.97, and the selling rate is NPR 155.66.
The exchange rate for one Australian dollar is set at NPR 90.05 for buying and NPR 90.46 for selling, while for one Canadian dollar, the buying rate is NPR 97.31 and the selling rate is NPR 97.75. One Singapore dollar is valued at NPR 102.27 for buying and NPR 102.73 for selling.
For Japanese yen, 10 yen can be bought at NPR 8.95 and sold at NPR 8.99. Similarly, the buying rate for one Chinese yuan is NPR 18.89, and the selling rate is NPR 18.98. The Saudi Arabian riyal stands at NPR 35.73 for buying and NPR 35.97 for selling, while one Qatari riyal can be bought at NPR 36.81 and sold at NPR 36.97.
In addition, one Thai baht is set at NPR 4.05 for buying and NPR 4.06 for selling. The exchange rate for one UAE dirham is NPR 36.54 for buying and NPR 36.70 for selling. One Malaysian ringgit is priced at NPR 31.18 for buying and NPR 31.32 for selling, while 100 South Korean won can be bought at NPR 9.78 and sold at NPR 9.83. The Swedish krona’s buying rate is NPR 12.75, with a selling rate of NPR 12.81, and the Danish krone is set at NPR 19.52 for buying and NPR 19.70 for selling.
Moreover, one Hong Kong dollar can be bought at NPR 17.27 and sold at NPR 17.35. The Kuwaiti dinar has a buying rate of NPR 437.94 and a selling rate of NPR 439.89, while the Bahraini dinar is valued at NPR 355.98 for buying and NPR 357.57 for selling. For the Indian rupee, 100 rupees can be bought at NPR 160.00 and sold at NPR 160.15.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rates can be revised at any time if necessary. The rates set by commercial banks may vary, and the most up-to-date rates are available on the central bank’s website.
