The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) is pleased to announce the organization of the China Outbound Travel and Tourism Market (COTTM) 2024, scheduled to take place in Beijing, China, from October 16 to October 18, 2024. The application period for interested tourism companies starts today, September 24, 2024, and will remain open until September 28, 2024. A participation fee of NPR 125,000 is required, and only a maximum of eight companies will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
Companies wishing to participate must register online at https://tenders.ntb.gov.np and submit their applications electronically within the specified deadline. Required documentation includes the Company Registration Certificate, VAT/PAN Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate for the fiscal year 2079/80, and a License issued by the concerned authority.
Selected companies will receive notification from the NTB’s Tourism Marketing & Promotion Department, which will include instructions for the immediate deposit of the participation fee. Upon selection, participants must submit a bank deposit voucher along with a duly signed and stamped Contract/Code of Conduct for International Participation in their company profile on the NTB website.
Participants are advised to arrange their own travel logistics, including transportation, hotel accommodations, and visas, as these costs will not be covered by the NTB. Additionally, in the event of cancellation or postponement of the travel trade fair by the organizers or NTB due to unforeseen circumstances, NTB will make necessary decisions regarding the refund of the contribution amount but will not be liable for any further inconvenience or losses incurred.
