Nepal, having enormous tourism prospects, must work on well-professional hospitality practices. The weather in the country’s major places is significantly wonderful. Sunny days in Kathmandu and cool evenings even during the hot summer are major benefits nature provides. We, the people, are honest; however, we need to improve our service quality to clients. We must always be welcoming and ready to serve with full energy and diligence.
The small Mediterranean country, Cyprus, attracts approximately 2 million tourists annually, which is more than its population of 1.3 million. Similarly, we need to research to benchmark such promotional efforts and train our people accordingly. Training and development for each stakeholder are fundamental to accelerating our tourism boom.
