A bilateral agreement for the share issuance was signed on Magh 29, 2082, at Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, between Nepalirika Hotel Limited’s Chairman, Bholeshwor Dulal, and Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, Bijay Lal Shrestha. The agreement formalizes the plan to launch the public share offering in the near future.
Officials stated that this move reflects the company’s commitment to development, transparency, and expanding investment opportunities in Nepal’s hospitality and tourism sector, particularly in the Morang Province region.
