Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Deepak Raj Joshi, has expressed his commitment to work in coordination with all relevant bodies to promote the tourism sector. After receiving his appointment letter from Dr. Ganesh Prasad Pandey, Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation and Chairman of the NTB, Joshi stated, “The upcoming tenure will be focused on achieving results.”
The NTB’s board of directors appointed Joshi as CEO for the next four years during a meeting held on Thursday. Joshi previously served as the CEO of the NTB from 2015 to 2020. Secretary Dr. Pandey, emphasizing the enthusiasm within the tourism sector following the appointment of the new CEO, directed Joshi to work with a results-oriented approach.
