Nomads Basecamp 2026, a platform aimed at bringing digital nomads, entrepreneurs, creative professionals and remote workers together, is set to be held from September 25 to 27, 2026, at the Pokhara Event Centre. According to the organisers, the event will continue the legacy of previous editions while focusing on collaboration, knowledge exchange, innovation and the expansion of professional networks among participants from Nepal and abroad.
The 2026 edition will be jointly organised by the Pokhara Tourism Council (PTC) and Sarang Services Pvt. Ltd. The collaboration is expected to combine the tourism sector expertise of PTC with the event management and operational experience of Sarang Services to deliver a more effective and impactful programme.
PTC and Sarang Services Extend Partnership
The Pokhara Tourism Council has been actively involved in the conservation, promotion and development of Pokhara’s tourism sector since 2002. Its institutional leadership, combined with the management experience of Sarang Services, is expected to strengthen the organisation and delivery of Nomads Basecamp 2026.
The organisers have also announced that the formal partnership between the two organisations has been extended through 2027, providing a longer-term framework for collaboration. The Pokhara Chapter of the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF) will also collaborate on this year’s edition.
Focus on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Economic Growth
NYEF’s participation is expected to further strengthen the event’s focus on youth entrepreneurship, innovation, business leadership and sustainable economic development. Through strategic collaboration, business networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities, the involvement of NYEF is expected to contribute to efforts to position Nepal as a hub for entrepreneurship, innovation, tourism and international collaboration. The event is expected to bring together a diverse community of digital nomads, business owners, entrepreneurs, innovators, remote professionals, creative individuals and other members of the global knowledge economy.
Building on Previous Editions
The previous edition of Nomads Basecamp was organised in collaboration with the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB). Organisers said growing interest in this year’s programme has prompted a stronger focus on ensuring that official information reaches participants through verified channels. Organisers Warn Against Unauthorised Promotions
The organisers have also issued a warning against unauthorised advertisements, websites, social media posts, invitations, registration links or payment requests using the Nomads Basecamp name or logo. Participants have been urged to verify all information through official channels before registering, sharing personal details or making any payment.
