The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) invites eligible tourism companies to participate in the World Travel Market (WTM) London 2024, scheduled for November 5-7, 2024. A participation fee of NRs 220,000 is required, and applications must be submitted by September 26, 2024. A maximum of 30 companies can join, and interested participants are encouraged to register online at tenders.ntb.gov.np.
Applicants must provide essential documents, including a Company Registration Certificate, VAT/PAN Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate for the fiscal year 2079/80, and a license from the concerned authority. Selection will follow on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once shortlisted, selected companies will receive an email from the NTB’s Tourism Marketing & Promotion Department, requesting the immediate deposit of the participation fee. Participants must submit the bank deposit voucher and the duly signed Contract/Code of Conduct for International Participation through the same online portal.
Given the potential for lengthy visa processes, applicants are urged to apply promptly to facilitate the collection of Visa Recommendation Letters. In the event of cancellation by NTB or the event organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, the NTB will determine the refund of the participation fee but will not be liable for any additional inconvenience or losses incurred.
