NTNC-ACAP Lwang Undertakes Information Board Revision along Mardi Himal Trek

The Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) under the National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC) has initiated a significant project to revise and update information boards along the Mardi Himal trekking route. The updates aim to enhance the experience of trekkers and provide accurate, location-specific details.

The office reports that information boards at key locations, such as Dr. Hark, Chandra, Mingma Ecopark, and Dhampus, have already been rewritten and installed. Similarly, the information boards in Bhurjung Khola have been completed as part of this initiative.

Currently, efforts are underway to revise and create new information boards and maps along the Mardi Himal Tourism Trail. This includes drafting location-specific maps and ensuring that the information on the boards is clear, relevant, and beneficial to visitors.

The ongoing work reflects the commitment of NTNC-ACAP to promoting sustainable tourism by offering trekkers accurate and user-friendly resources. The revised boards and maps are expected to significantly enhance navigation and enrich the overall trekking experience in this region.
