Today and tomorrow, Pokhara is hosting a significant one-day training program focused on environmentally sustainable tourism practices and the prevention and control of tourism-related environmental crimes.
The event is organized by the Central Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN) and TAAN Gandaki, with valuable support from USAID Biodiversity (Jal Jangal). Scheduled for Ashwin 2nd, 2081 (Wednesday), the training will take place at Bar People Resort in Lakeside, Pokhara.

This awareness program aims to educate participants on the best practices for sustainable tourism and strategies for mitigating environmental crimes associated with tourism activities.
