Pashupatinath Temple Opens All Four Doors for Devotees from Early Morning

The Pashupatinath Temple made a significant change by opening all four of its doors at 4:00 am today, instead of just one door at that time. This change was made to accommodate the growing number of devotees. Rewatiraman Adhikari, spokesperson for the Pashupatinath Area Development Trust, announced this change.

The new plan is intended to reduce the long lines that worshippers have had to tolerate, making visits to the temple more efficient and pleasant. Historically, the temple’s four doors were only open at 4:00 am during significant Hindu festivals like Mahashivratri, Haritalika Teej, and Balachaturdashi. The choice to have all doors open from the early morning is likely to significantly improve the worship experience for visitors to the respected and ancient temple.
