Prabhu Helicopter Limited has announced the issuance and sale of company shares at a premium price. According to the company’s special general meeting decision, shares are being offered at NPR 150 per unit, which includes a premium of NPR 50 on top of the base face value of NPR 100.
Currently, this offer is exclusive to the founding shareholders of the company. Founders who are interested in acquiring these shares are required to submit their applications to the company’s board of directors within 21 days of the announcement.
The company has stated that if applications are not received within the specified period, the shares will be made available to other potential investors.
