After two years of delay, the construction of Ravan Park in Beni Municipality-5 has gained momentum. The park, initiated in 2077 BS, is a joint project between the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation (70%) and Beni Municipality (30%). Construction had stalled for 44 months due to budget issues and the failure to submit regular reports. However, with the budget now managed, work resumed in 2078 BS.

The park is expected to feature a statue of Ravan, with ongoing construction of walls, pathways, and other infrastructure. The contractor has prepared a 6-meter tall Ravan statue, though its placement is uncertain due to a Supreme Court case regarding its installation. The park, located on a 14-ropanis area, offers scenic views of the Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, and Annapurna ranges, as well as the town of Benni.
