A small aircraft crashed during an aerial display at the Avalon International Airshow in Victoria, Australia, leaving the pilot seriously injured.
Footage from the scene shows the plane forcefully hitting the ground. The pilot sustained severe injuries to both the upper and lower body and was rescued via air ambulance.
The pilot was the only person on board at the time of the crash. Following the incident, today’s airshow has been suspended.
