The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has issued a re-notice inviting eligible tourism companies to participate in the World Travel Market (WTM) London 2024, scheduled for November 5-7, 2024. Interested companies must pay a participation fee of NPR 220,000 and submit their applications by October 25, 2024. It is important to note that only applicants with a valid UK visa will be considered.
To apply, interested companies must register online at NTB’s tender portal, ensuring to submit their applications electronically by the deadline along with necessary documents, including the Company Registration Certificate, VAT/PAN Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate for the fiscal year 2079/80, and the relevant license issued by the concerned authority.
Selection of participants will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once shortlisted, NTB will contact selected participants via email, requesting the immediate deposit of the participation fee. Participants must then submit a bank deposit voucher along with a signed and stamped Contract/Code of Conduct for International Participation through the NTB portal.
The NTB emphasizes that all necessary travel arrangements, including transportation, hotel accommodations, and visa processing, will be the responsibility of the participants. In the event of any cancellations—whether by NTB or the event organizers due to unforeseen circumstances—the NTB will decide on the refund of participation fees but will not be liable for any additional inconveniences or losses incurred.
