RPP Appoints Members to Local Level Mobilization and Tourism Departments

Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has completed the formation of the Local Level Mobilization Department and the Tourism Department by appointing secretaries and members to each, following the party’s bylaws.

According to RPP spokesperson and Chief of the Publicity Department Mohan Kumar Shrestha, Chairman Lingden has appointed Bharat Pathak, a central committee member from Nuwakot, as the secretary of the Local Level Mobilization Department, led by senior leader and Vice Chairman Dhrub Bahadur Pradhan. Other members appointed to this department include Assistant General Secretary Tahir Ali (Rupandehi), central committee members Ramhari Thapa (Bhaktapur), Teertharaj Chataut (Kanchanpur), Devkumari Parajuli (Syangja), and Binod Bharti (Bara).

Similarly, in the Tourism Department, Assistant General Secretary Vijay Khadka has been designated as the chief, with Ganesh Rimal, a tourism entrepreneur from Dhading, appointed as the secretary. The newly appointed members of the Tourism Department are MP Asha Lama (Kathmandu), Arjun Khanal (Kaski), Aradhana Pudasaini (Morang), Ram Prasad Sapkota (Dhading), Rina Khadka (Kavrepalanchok), and Sushil Pant (Gorkha).

Additional members include Teertharaj Subedi (Kaski), Nirmala Izam (Taplejung), Merina Shrestha (Salyan), Kamal Rimal (Kathmandu), Kishor Khadka (Bajhang), Dawakipa Sherpa (Switzerland), Meghnath Acharya (Rupandehi), and Everest summiteer Dawa Chhiri Sherpa (Dolakha), as confirmed by spokesperson Shrestha.

In a ceremony held at the RPP central office in Dhumbarahi on Monday, Chairman Lingden presented appointment letters to the secretaries and members of both departments, officially marking the departments’ formation.
