A Saurya Airlines aircraft, flight number 9N-AME, en route from Kathmandu to Pokhara, has crashed with 19 passengers onboard. According to Gyanendra Bhul, spokesperson for the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, the flight took off from Kathmandu for Pokhara.
The aircraft, which was on a technical inspection flight, encountered issues leading to the crash. Rescue operations are currently underway.
