The District Police Office of Myagdi has stated that those missing in an avalanche on Annapurna Himal have still not been found. On Monday morning, an avalanche occurred between Camps 2 and 3 of Annapurna Himal, causing the disappearance of Rima Sherpa and Nima Tashi Sherpa from Solukhumbu.
Search operations were conducted throughout Monday using helicopters. A rescue team was sent from Kathmandu to assist with the search. As of Monday evening, the missing individuals have not been located, and the search operations will resume on Tuesday morning.
