Sherpa Hospitality Group (SHG), part of the Yeti Group, has announced the upcoming launch of a new hotel in Manang. This announcement was made by Namgyal Sherpa, the Managing Director of SHG, during the first-anniversary celebration of Nepal’s most luxurious resort, “Shinta Mani Mustang,” which the group operates in Mustang.
According to Managing Director Sherpa, the new hotel in Manang will be operated under SHG’s Mountain Lodges of Nepal (MLN) brand. He stated, “The Manang property will be added to MLN’s 14 premium lodges, offering guests an exceptional trekking experience along the Great Himalayan Trail.”
For the past three decades, MLN has been providing comfortable lodges, hotels, and resorts to trekkers and visitors in Nepal’s remote Himalayan regions. The company was founded by Lhakpa Sonam Sherpa and the late Ang Tshering Sherpa.
SHG has been operating lodges, resorts, and hotels targeting high-end guests who are drawn to the Great Himalayan Trail and other trekking routes in the Himalayan region, according to Sherpa. Additionally, SHG has announced plans to further upgrade its premium resort, “Kasara Chitwan,” located in Chitwan.
