Soaltee Hotels & Resorts has announced that it will manage and operate a five-star luxury resort owned by Classic View Resort Limited in the Shivapuri National Park area of Kathmandu. A formal hotel management agreement has been signed between the two parties to launch the new hospitality venture. Following the agreement, the property will operate under the name “The Soaltee Resort Shivapuri National Park Kathmandu.”

According to Soaltee Hotels & Resorts, the upcoming resort aims to combine world-class hospitality services with natural beauty and wellness-focused tourism experiences. Located in the peaceful environment of Shivapuri National Park, the resort is expected to offer guests a premium retreat close to nature while remaining within easy reach of Kathmandu city. The company stated that the resort has been designed to attract both domestic and international tourists seeking relaxation, wellness, and eco-friendly luxury tourism experiences.
Scenic Location with Panoramic Valley Views
Situated amid lush forests and pristine natural surroundings, the resort offers panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. The property is expected to provide visitors with a tranquil environment featuring fresh air, greenery, and scenic Himalayan landscapes. At present, the resort operates 25 fully furnished rooms and one private villa. In addition, construction is underway for 51 more luxury rooms as part of the property’s expansion plan. The hotel management agreement was signed by Sudarshan Chapagain, Vice Chairman of Soaltee Hotel Limited, and Mukundaraj Kunwar, Chairman of Classic View Resort Limited. The partnership marks another major expansion for Soaltee Hotels & Resorts, which has been steadily increasing its presence across Nepal’s major tourism destinations.
