Gandaki Province’s Minister for Industry and Tourism, Mitralal Basyal, has emphasized that the development of the tourism sector is the pathway to the prosperity of Gandaki Province. Addressing a Teej festival event held today at the renowned religious and tourist site of Batulechaur in Parbat, Minister Basyal highlighted that almost all districts of Gandaki are attractive destinations for both domestic and international tourists.
He praised the province not only for its stunning tourist destinations but also for its rich cultural and artistic heritage, noting that the government is committed to attracting even more tourists. The minister urged for the submission of proposals for the development of Batulechaur, a famous site, and stressed the importance of collective efforts in driving the province’s overall development.
Similarly, Gandaki Provincial Assembly member Bhakta Kunwar emphasized the need for unity to develop Batulechaur, a place of religious, mythological, and historical significance. He called for everyone to work together to ensure its progress.
