In July 2024, Nepal welcomed a total of 64,599 tourists, according to the Tourism Board. This marks a significant influx of international visitors during the month.
Among the tourists, the largest number came from India, with 21,491 Indian tourists arriving. The United States followed with 7,846 visitors, while China contributed 6,819 tourists.
Visitors from other countries included 3,806 from the United Kingdom, 3,470 from Bangladesh, 1,901 from Australia, and 1,537 from South Korea.
This diverse range of international tourists highlights Nepal’s growing appeal as a travel destination and reflects positively on the country’s tourism sector.
