Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the set rates, the buying rate for one US dollar is NPR 137.25, while the selling rate is NPR 137.85. Similarly, the buying rate for one Euro is NPR 141.40, and the selling rate is NPR 141.02. The British Pound Sterling stands at a buying rate of NPR 168.74 and a selling rate of NPR 169.48, while the Swiss Franc has been set at NPR 150.16 for buying and NPR 150.82 for selling.
The Australian Dollar is being exchanged at a buying rate of NPR 84.95 and a selling rate of NPR 85.32. For the Canadian Dollar, the buying and selling rates are NPR 95.29 and NPR 95.71, respectively. The Singapore Dollar stands at NPR 100.34 for buying and NPR 100.77 for selling.
Among Asian currencies, 10 Japanese Yen is valued at NPR 8.68 for buying and NPR 8.72 for selling, while the Chinese Yuan is at NPR 18.72 for buying and NPR 18.80 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal is exchanged at NPR 36.56 for buying and NPR 36.72 for selling, and the Qatari Riyal is set at NPR 37.65 for buying and NPR 37.81 for selling.
The Thai Baht has been priced at NPR 3.97 for buying and NPR 3.99 for selling, while the UAE Dirham stands at NPR 37.37 and NPR 37.53 for buying and selling, respectively. The Malaysian Ringgit is set at NPR 30.52 for buying and NPR 30.66 for selling. For 100 South Korean Won, the buying rate is NPR 9.35, and the selling rate is NPR 9.39. The Swedish Krona is valued at NPR 12.31 for buying and NPR 12.36 for selling, while the Danish Krone has been set at NPR 18.95 for buying and NPR 19.03 for selling.
As for other notable currencies, the Hong Kong Dollar is exchanged at NPR 17.63 for buying and NPR 17.71 for selling. The Kuwaiti Dinar has the highest value, with a buying rate of NPR 444.99 and a selling rate of NPR 446.93. The Bahraini Dinar is set at NPR 364.08 for buying and NPR 365.67 for selling, while the Omani Riyal stands at NPR 356.52 for buying and NPR 358.08 for selling. Lastly, 100 Indian Rupees are valued at NPR 160 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling.
Nepal Rastra Bank has noted that these exchange rates are subject to revision as needed. Commercial banks may set slightly different rates, and updated exchange rates can be found on the central bank’s official website.
