Yatri Suites & Spa Private Limited has embarked on a transformative journey by appointing Muktinath Capital Limited as its Corporate Advisor. This strategic alliance, formalized through a signing ceremony attended by Mr. Chyung Gurung, President of Yatri Suites, and Mr. Kabindra Dhoj Joshi, Executive Chief Officer of Muktinath Capital, aims to elevate the hotel’s operational framework and guest experience.
Under the terms of the agreement, Muktinath Capital will provide comprehensive financial consulting and management services. Key initiatives include restructuring Yatri Suites in Thamel into a limited company, efficient resource management, strategic business planning, hotel marketing strategies, and potential issuance of shares to the public. These efforts are designed to enhance operational efficiency and bolster Yatri Suites’ position as a leading hospitality provider in Kathmandu’s vibrant tourism sector.
Located on a prime 2.5 Ropani plot in Thamel, Yatri Suites currently offers 99 rooms, 3 restaurants, 1 spa, and 8 seminar halls. In line with its vision to elevate guest experiences, Yatri Suites plans a significant upgrade to a 4-star hotel status by the fiscal year 2081/082. This expansion will see the addition of 48 new rooms, bringing the total to 147, and the introduction of upscale amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, gym club, and lounge bar.
Mr. Chyung Gurung expressed confidence in the partnership, highlighting Yatri Suites’ commitment to setting new benchmarks in hospitality. This strategic collaboration underscores both companies’ dedication to enriching Nepal’s tourism landscape and ensuring memorable stays for domestic and international guests alike.
