Daily London Flights Already Underway

Riyadh Air has already been operating daily services to London Terminal 4 since October 26, 2025, utilizing the airline’s technical spare aircraft “Jamila” under its “Pathway to Perfect” operational readiness program.

The initiative was designed to help the airline refine operational procedures, onboard services, and customer experience standards ahead of the introduction of its main fleet operations.

Tickets for the Jamila-operated flights have remained available through Riyadh Air’s approved travel partners and will continue to be offered until June 30, 2026.

Four-Class Premium Cabin Experience

The airline’s new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners feature a modern four-class cabin configuration comprising Business Elite, Business, Premium Economy, and Economy classes.

Riyadh Air stated that the aircraft have been designed to deliver a premium passenger experience across all travel categories, combining comfort, advanced technology, and modern entertainment systems.

Business Elite and Business Class cabins feature fully flat-bed seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, offering direct aisle access for every passenger. The cabins are equipped with AC power outlets, USB-C and USB-A charging ports, and immersive high-fidelity audio integrated directly into seat headrests.

Premium Economy cabins feature a 2-3-2 layout with privacy headrest wings, additional storage space, expandable surfaces, and four USB-C charging points for passengers.

Meanwhile, Economy Class offers six-way adjustable headrests and dual USB-C charging ports in a 3-3-3 seating configuration.

Key Step in Saudi Arabia’s Aviation Vision

The delivery of the new Dreamliners represents a major step forward in Saudi Arabia’s long-term aviation and tourism strategy.

The Kingdom aims to attract 150 million visitors annually and serve 330 million airline passengers by 2030 as part of its broader national transformation initiatives.

Riyadh Air’s fleet plan includes up to 72 Boeing Dreamliners, which are expected to play a central role in connecting Saudi Arabia with major regional and international markets across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.
