Radisson Hotel Group Launches Long-Stay Booking Platform

New “Long Stays by Radisson Hotels” proposition offers corporate partners simplified booking, structured pricing, and a consistent guest experience across the Group’s global portfolio. Radisson Hotel Group has unveiled Long Stays by Radisson Hotels, a new global commercial proposition aimed at capturing rising demand in one of the hospitality industry’s fastest-growing segments: extended-stay travel.

The initiative brings together participating hotels and apartment-style units across the Group’s international portfolio under a single, unified framework, giving corporate partners a more straightforward way to access long-stay accommodation while ensuring guests receive consistent comfort and service regardless of location.

A dedicated B2B solution for corporate travel buyers

The proposition is designed primarily for business-to-business partners, including relocation firms, travel management companies, and corporate travel buyers who require reliable long-stay accommodation for employees on international assignments, infrastructure projects, consulting engagements, healthcare placements, and other forms of workforce mobility.

Rather than negotiating separate agreements hotel by hotel, partners will now be able to access standardized booking conditions, dedicated long-stay rates, and aligned commission structures across all participating properties, simplifying procurement for extended-stay business.

Structured commercial model built around length of stay

At the heart of the new offering is a tiered pricing model based on how long a guest stays, paired with clearly defined booking conditions and partner-friendly commission terms. Radisson says this structure is intended to give booking agents and corporate clients faster response times and greater pricing transparency.

The offer also integrates directly with existing distribution channels, including Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and existing corporate agreements, meaning partners can book through their established procurement and travel-management workflows without extra administrative steps.

As an added incentive, eligible bookers and planners using Radisson Rewards will earn an additional 20% points bonus on long-stay bookings made through the new proposition, a move aimed at deepening loyalty and engagement within the corporate segment.

Guest experience tailored for extended stays

Beyond the commercial framework, Radisson is also focusing on the guest side of the experience. Participating hotels will offer a more personalized extended-stay journey, featuring dedicated hotel contacts for long-stay guests, personalized pre-arrival planning, flexible housekeeping arrangements, and in-room amenities and solutions designed for longer visits.

According to the Group, these elements are meant to create a consistent, home-like environment that supports comfort, productivity, and flexibility throughout an extended stay, whether the booking comes through a negotiated corporate agreement or a standard long-stay reservation.

Backed by strong demand in key global markets

Radisson says the launch responds directly to shifting travel patterns, as companies increasingly need flexible accommodation solutions that go beyond traditional short-term business travel. The Group pointed to particularly strong extended stay demand in major markets across EMEA and APAC, including Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich, and Amsterdam, as a key driver behind the initiative. By improving both the booking experience and the guest journey for longer stays, the Group says it expects to boost revenue through longer average bookings while strengthening long-term relationships with corporate partners.

Executive commentary

Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, said the new proposition gives partners a simpler and more competitive way into the extended-stay market. He added that combining structured commercial terms with a consistent guest experience makes it easier for the Group to win and service long-stay business at scale while reinforcing customer loyalty. Long Stays by Radisson Hotels is now live and available at participating hotels across Radisson Hotel Group’s global portfolio, with further details available through the Group’s official website.
