Rupakot Resort Limited, a hospitality company operating in the popular tourist destination of Rupakot in Kaski, has moved forward with preparations to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public.
As part of the IPO process, the company has appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited as its issue and sales manager. A bilateral agreement to this effect has been signed between Rupakot Resort and NIC Asia Capital.
NIC Asia Capital to Provide IPO Advisory Services
Under the agreement, NIC Asia Capital will provide Rupakot Resort with the necessary consultancy and management services required to proceed toward the issuance of an IPO in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
The services will be provided under NIC Asia Capital’s “Idea to IPO” initiative, which supports companies from their early stages through the process of converting into public companies and eventually issuing shares to the public.
Rupakot Resort Expanding as a Tourism and Hospitality Destination
Rupakot Resort has its corporate office in Maidan, Rupa Rural Municipality–6, Kaski. Located in a scenic tourism area, the resort has been developing as an attractive destination in Nepal’s tourism and hospitality sector.
The resort’s major attractions include its natural surroundings, peaceful environment, panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges, and views of Rupa Lake and Begnas Lake. NIC Asia Capital has been providing advisory services to companies through its “Idea to IPO” platform, supporting them from the initial stage of establishment through conversion into public companies and the IPO issuance process.
However, Rupakot Resort has not yet disclosed the number of shares it plans to issue, the proposed IPO schedule, issue size, or other financial details. The appointment of NIC Asia Capital as issue manager marks an important step in the resort’s plan to enter the public capital market.
