Pushpa Kamal Dahal Emphasizes Tourism Development Along Koshi River in Chatara

Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda,’ Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre), has emphasized the need for tourism development along the Koshi River in the Chatara region. Speaking at the inauguration of an educational building at Shri Barpipal Secondary School in Kamalabari, Belka Municipality, Udayapur, Dahal highlighted the potential for tourism along the banks of the Koshi River.

During the event, Dahal mentioned that there is significant potential for both tourism and industrial businesses in the area, pledging his commitment to supporting the region’s overall development.

“Though I am not the Prime Minister at the moment, as the leader of the opposition, I still can provide support. I will do my utmost to promote tourism in areas around Barahakshetra, Chatara, and Koshi in Sunsari,” Dahal said.

The former Prime Minister reiterated his dedication to contributing to the growth of tourism and industry in the Koshi region, encouraging further development efforts in the area.
