Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign exchange rates for today, with the US dollar set at a buying rate of NPR 133.93 and a selling rate of NPR 134.53.
The exchange rates for other major currencies include the Euro, which is set at a buying rate of NPR 148.94 and a selling rate of NPR 149.60. The British Pound Sterling stands at NPR 175.77 for buying and NPR 177.57 for selling, while the Swiss Franc has a buying rate of NPR 158.58 and a selling rate of NPR 159.29.
In comparison to Monday’s rates, the US dollar remained unchanged, while the Euro, Pound Sterling, and Swiss Franc saw slight fluctuations.
For other currencies, the Australian dollar is set at NPR 90.26 for buying and NPR 90.67 for selling, and the Canadian dollar stands at NPR 98.61 for buying and NPR 99.05 for selling. The Singapore dollar is listed at NPR 103.39 for buying and NPR 103.86 for selling.
The Japanese Yen (for 10 units) has a buying rate of NPR 9.56 and a selling rate of NPR 9.60. The Chinese Yuan is set at NPR 18.88 for buying and NPR 18.96 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal is NPR 35.69 for buying and NPR 35.85 for selling, and the Qatari Riyal stands at NPR 36.74 for buying and NPR 36.90 for selling.
Other notable rates include the Thai Baht at NPR 4.03 for buying and NPR 4.05 for selling, the UAE Dirham at NPR 36.46 for buying and NPR 36.63 for selling, and the Malaysian Ringgit at NPR 31.14 for buying and NPR 31.28 for selling.
The South Korean Won (for 100 units) is listed at NPR 10.16 for buying and NPR 10.21 for selling. Meanwhile, the Swedish Krona has a buying rate of NPR 13.15 and a selling rate of NPR 13.21, and the Danish Krona is set at NPR 19.96 for buying and NPR 20.05 for selling.
Additionally, the Hong Kong dollar is valued at NPR 17.18 for buying and NPR 17.26 for selling. The Kuwaiti Dinar is set at NPR 439.29 for buying and NPR 441.26 for selling, while the Bahraini Dinar stands at NPR 355.35 for buying and NPR 356.94 for selling.
The Indian Rupee, at a rate of INR 100, has a buying rate of NPR 160 and a selling rate of NPR 160.15.
